When to Specify 3000W
Maximum throughput applications
Where cleaning speed is the overriding requirement and the substrate is thermally robust — large fabrications, heavy structural steel, major infrastructure maintenance.
Large vessel cleaning
Ship hull cleaning at shipyard scale, where 1000W or 2000W would be too slow to be operationally viable on the areas involved.
Robotic automation
Fixed or robotic integration where the laser is part of an automated production or maintenance process. 3000W output matches the throughput requirements of serious automated cleaning cells.
Heavy production environments
