Pulsed — JPT MOPA

300W Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine

The ApexLase ARC300 is a 300W pulsed fibre laser cleaning system powered by a JPT MOPA source. At 5mJ peak pulse energy, it delivers concentrated ablation force for thorough contamination removal while remaining safe on the substrate. The practical choice for restoration, automotive, mould cleaning, and light industrial applications across the UK.

Who the ARC300 is for

Automotive restoration

Rust and paint removal from classic car bodywork, panels, and chassis sections. The pulsed output protects thin sheet metal from heat distortion.

Heritage and restoration

Ironwork, architectural metalwork, monuments, and stonework where controlled, selective cleaning is essential and abrasive methods are too aggressive.

Mould and die cleaning

In-situ removal of mould release buildup from injection moulds and press tools without disassembly or substrate marking.

Workshop and site use

Air-cooled format keeps the machine self-contained and portable. Suitable for workshop installation and site applications with appropriate power supply.

300W vs higher power — when is 300W enough?

300W pulsed is appropriate when your application involves delicate substrates, moderate contamination levels, or throughput is not the primary concern. If you need to clean significant areas of heavy rust or thick coatings quickly, the ARC500 or ARC1000 may be more appropriate. For maximum industrial throughput, a CW system is likely a better fit.
